It's another tuesday..
the forth post, in four weeks...

that i'm blogging..
seems like blogging on tuesdays is gonna be a common routine for me!!

let's start of with Sunday..a week ago!..
where the WoW gang (not featuring Pris) hanged,
to chill and what not's..

where we happened to pass by TCC at a certain somewhere..
and i happened to spot a certain Smile...
damn me and my mouth.. for telling the rest ..

myeh. but nevertheless.. that Smile really perk the day up!!
well.. followed by the 5 man Blackwing raid that we wiped so many times...
fail man.. fail...

Going back a little more...

went out last week on a photoshoot..
wasn't my favourite kind of shoots..

Nighttime scenery..
as my camera's lens is a little low on the aperture department..
my shots.. mostly came out.. blurred or shaky. even with ample shutter opening and aperture..
and a bloody tripod..
it's sad..comparing that the fact my fellow photographer companion has a compact that beats my slr..

Personally, i would love to head down to some convention, where i can indulge in still life photography.. but.. i really need a new lens, with my current lens kit. i can only show daylight scenery.. whereas low lighting settings are a no-go for me..
i hate to admit it.. but Sony choices of Lens are affordable for the average Jon.. it's sad.. they should have thought of the low budget consumer :P, time to rattle up that piggybank..




All in all, the past week wasn't that bad, couple it up with Work and WoW every night for new gears, i just wish i have a sergeant's pay.. haha..

third week in a row..

Got a new game for my DS..
and it rocks my socks!!


Grand Theft Auto : CHINA TOWN WARS!!

just got it today, haven't really tried it today.. got some work to settle,
personally, i think i only blog on tuesdays
or rather.. free on tuesdays due to WoW..

WoW has suck my soul in the night time.. and my portable games in the daytime..
Kinda sucky in some way..

no outside life..and who wants a geek nowadays!

but oh boy, the game is worth it..
GTA with interactive controls, makes it a whole new game..

Yet to really go in depth for now.. so far it still has the standard GTA interface and controls taken from the playstation!!
kinda disappointed for Rockstar porting GTA4 for the xbox360..
think it was rather redundant as mostly GTA fans are playstation users..
but.. phfff what can i do..
it's all about the money...




the only good games on the 360 is Dead Or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball 2! Imho!! :P

on the other hand.. i'm on a mini spree with my figurines expenditure!

over the weekends, my pre order of Revoltech's Yuki Nagato came :P
and i went to collect it..
finally had some time to actually mess around with it..

though i'm having a bad time with my flash techniques..
and the fact that revoltech joints are always loose..and therefore harder to pose..
doesn't really help..
but nevertheless..
this Yuki Figurine rocks my socks! totally!!

This version of Yuki actually fits her in Her witch guitar hero costume,
which i already did mention that she rocks my socks off, be it if she's actually playing metal or country!!

Myeh, apparently, my photos shows one thing, i really need to clean up my table.. and have a better control in flash.. or the understanding of it..but till then, i'll use what available techniques i have.. ha..

The figurine has other items that came along with her, but i decided that the hat, cloak and guitar will do for the night!! and don't bother about asking whether i'll choose Haruhi or Yuki..

it's a rather brain wreaking question :(

Another Tuesday..

It's Tuesday once again... and once again.. there is a small circle of us feeling emo at this moment..

why?

because our addiction is on maintenance today..
it's the weekly maintenance for WoW..
while i'm not complaining that they are having maintenance..

but their time frame is rather screwed up..
shouldn't they hold maintenance on a tuesday afternoon or something like that..

whereas people like us.. in asia.. can actually play..
currently, sad to say.. working people like us.. are only paying for about 26 days, because 4 days in a month, are maintenance dates.. pretty unfair if you think about it..

but myeh.. just my two cents..
though, even tuesday in the week..

i just have to listen to this song by this Japanese Alt-rock band..
don't be surprised if you can actually understand the words!

because it's in English..
Finally, i found a Japanese band who can actually sing understandable words of English!!
not Engrish! or Enganese!

Tuesdays gone.. and i'm here with you..

My tuesday nights are usually quiet.. solemn, serene.. probably because WoW realms are mostly down for maintenance on tuesday nights(morning for them)..

We like to call Tuesdays... "GetALife" day.. but.. what's to get when we have no Life..
to quote a certain cartoon..
"How do you kill someone without a Life?"

actually.. tuesdays are nice..
it's just that work's killing me for now..

i just recently got myself two figurines..
and i don't even have time to fiddle around with it..

Yesss.. it's Haruhi again!!! but of a different Brand.. with more movable joints, and.. she's in a bunny suit.. rawwwr..

and featuring a new character... Yoko!! a bounty hunter from an anime i cannot remember.. tengan gurrea something.. just look at that face.. :P did i mention that she comes with a big gun??? hmmm, i'm due for a photo shoot of them figurines, haven't played with my camera in awhile now.. and i still have Yuki on pre order.. hohoho...

i've got no reason to be slacking.. i should be deciding whether i should go for a part time degree..
but with all the work piling at work.. (well, for this period) i'm having difficulty deciding eh..sigh.. guess i'll wait for another time..
